San Antonio LGBT+ travel advice

San Antonio, or officially Sant Antoni de Portmany, is a small city on Ibiza Island. It's the sunset part of Ibiza, and has become world famous by the Cafe del Mar chillout music. It's located about 10 kilometer from Ibiza Town.

There are no real gay bars in San Antonio. But you will find many at the famous bars at the Sunset Strip.

The  hetero friendly Barcelona Axel Hotel brand opened a hotel in San Antonio.

The West End is the bright neon lit area you know from TV. Filled with young people, at least a couple of stag and hen groups.

It's sure not the gayest part of Ibiza Island, but it's sure entertaining for a night out.

The Sunset Strip is where the famous bars and clubs are. This part is much more sophisticated (and so are the drink prices ..) but many of our gay community  will feel more in place here than at the West End
