The best park to hang out a bit in during the day. A busy cruising spot at night is the Rozentuin (Rose Garden) in the middle of the park (AYOR).

...the Vondelpark was heaven when I crused it 40 years ago,and still was the last time I was there in 2000. I've had so many wonderfull adventures there.I sure the wonderful Dutch weed, helps turn it into a wonderland !

As long as you do not have any valuables on you, it might be worth dropping by sometimes. Pure hit or miss but it can be fun at times if one get lucky!
