Montmartre is small, crowded and noisy but fun. Dutch songs mixed with dance classics, Kylie with ABBA, hysterical guys mixed with old fags and Dutch celebs; everything you expect from a gay bar.

You cannot actually move in this bar, it takes literally minutes to meander your way to the bar or toilets but that definitely adds to the fun!! I was so excited that I left a gorgeous jacket in there, I'd be grateful if anyone knows their website or e-mail address?
Probably my favourite bar in the whole world! You can go there feeling down or miserable, and you never EVER leave without a smile on your face. The bar staff are gorgeous, the music is pure Amsterdam - what is there not to like? Oh, and for those who think it is odd to pay to pee, you even have to do that in McDonalds (!) so it isn't that strange...
