The Peel

One of Melbourne's oldest gay bars. Expect top 40 and retro hits, plenty to sing to, but not a lot of club tracks. Thursday nights sees a younger, twinky crowd, and picks up from 1am. Friday and Saturdays tend to pack out after other venues close - all roads lead to the Peel, as the advertising says! Has a 24/7 license, so closing times are approximate, if they're busy they stay open later, although entry is not guaranteed late at night. Shows before midnight on Saturdays.
