Where to stay?
The gay area with gay cruise bars is St Georg (see map). This is a good area to stay, from there you can easily get to bars, sight seeing, restaurants and shopping.
The famous Reeperbahn at district st Pauli (see map) is not the best area to stay. A 1 hour visit is more than enough :)
