Reviews on Sauna Paradise
1. rather expensive - (approx. USD 21, € 19 )
2. really small - (one floor at the underground of building, very little space at the lockers to dress, undress etc, there were 3 more and I had to dry and dress while standing, no private cabins but some army type beds - one on top of the other, with curtains that men remove to watch even if you insist they should go away, really uncomfortable climb on the ladder, tiny dry sauna - perhaps for max. 3 or 4, one small room with slimy mattresses on the floor for group action
3. outdated - (overall furniture, door to steam sauna - hard to open and close as it is inclined rubbing against the floor, it looks and creaks like a stable door, generally looking not particularly hygienic )
4. tiny towels and thinned by old age. you'll end up asking for more (need to pay for that)
A great place for older men. I loved it and went multiple times during my stay in Tel Aviv. Spacious open area with a bar, a hot tub, sauna, and several areas for individuals, couples, or groups. Everyone used condoms and showered regularly, which made for a good experience. The average age was probably 50, which is fine for this 67 year old. The individuals areas had mattresses and curtains, so you could have privacy or let guys watch. It was busy any time I went, tho late afternoons/early evenings seemed best. You can leave and come back for a small fee, otherwise it's a slightly expensive one-time entrance fee. Lots of action every time I went. Staff were cute and friendly. Highly recommended for the older crowd.
Stay away from this place!! Dirty, small and extremely unfriendly. Owner is rude and unpleasant to customers!! Only in Israel he can get along with this! The place is embarrassing the bi sexual & gay community. Come on Tel - Aviv - you deserve a much better alternative in line with the big Western world rather than be seen as a 3rd world country!!!
