What is it?
Sound familiar? There's a place in Amsterdam with the same name and owned by the same person. After a steamy carreer as a director in the US, having retired the owner moved to Amsterdam and from there to Prague.

Going there gives you a good chance of running into one of his models (and do something more then just say hi).
Not only does is double up as a bar, it also has videocabins, private rooms, sex-shop and serves some great food. On top of that, this is the only place in Prague celebrating Gaypride.

Tantalus 6 months ago I went there because I don't believe in other reviews.. I saw from distance a cute young guy getting inside then I decide to follow him.. When I went inside, disappointment! The young guy was a delivery. The place have bar where u lay ur 200CZ like 10 or more TVs playing porn movies, quality really not ok, with cabins of course, underground there is an amazing space red lights that makes look like you're in hell.. Chains and labyrinths.. Hudge space, and complete empty.. Floor cover with cigarettes.. One guy was wearing a leather clothes, and had chains in his hands.. Really weirdo! I stay there for 30 minutes to check all details to write this review. Don't go there. It's horrible, if u want to watch a porn movie with elders watching you, then you may go, but it's like a scary movie. I will never go back.
London guy 10 months ago Dire. A total waste of time. A few old guys at the bar rubbing each others necks. A go go dancer in a plastic cowboy hat tring to dance on his own that had totally no sense of rhythm. Empty cruising zones apart from an old man with skid stained underwear laid on a table in the basement. One junkie looking escort looking for money for a fix. Not even funny bad just plain bad.AVOID!!!
M&J 11 months ago We are just coming out of Drake where we stayed from 10:30pm up to 2:00am on a sunday night. We definitly had a great hot time there. The bar part is very decent, with a modern look. Much better for example than the Termix where we went too. Staff is friendly indeed. For the dark room it is absolutly huge and we know what we are talking about :-) It's on two floors and the dungeon IS creepy and gives you just the high excitment we were looking for. It's fair to say though the place is far from squeeky ckean... You also need to bring your own condoms and gel. We didn't see any on display. They might be on sale though. . As for the crowd.... The hustlers were there and not hard to spot. No bothering. For the others we were in the 20 something people with quite a few under 30. The rest of the story is too private to be told :-)
Boston Paul 11 months ago Went to this place on Sunday and had a fantastic time. Didn't see any stage show but lots of hot action downstairs in the dungeon. Had a horny 7 guy orgy in a corner. Age of guys was between 25-45 but a few other older guys were hanging around too. Seemed quite busy on the whole with between 30-40 men cruising the dark areas and another 10-20 upstairs. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Europe, as there's nothing like this plac back home.
Daniele over a year ago I went there on a saturday evening: 7-8 people, 2-3 rent boys. Very boring. The show was quite nice, but I think it is most for rich mature men as the boys never looked at us (we are a 30 yo couple). I had a beer and then went away. The ticket is valid 24 hours, so we went back on sunday afternoon: it was the same, few people, one rent boy who yelled some words at us (maybe he thought we were competitors). Very disappointed. I give two stars because the barmen are all very nice and polite and they are always smiling (which is unusual in this city)
Ricky over a year ago I have to agree with Kevin,definately my favorite club in Prague with nice and polite staff.I went with my partner on sunday afternoon (is free between 2-5pm)to see if was worth it to pay the 200kc on another night. The waiter was very helpful and smile at all times (something that we didnt see in most of the bars and clubs in exception of Fenoman Club)
we were in the main room watching the screen with a gay xxx movie and after exploring and looking around....a lot of boys there tho, looking to play. They have a darkroom, dungeon, video cabins...massive space in the dungeon level.....great. I will say that were about 50-60 people (maybe because was free at that time) i have to say that i agree the cabin tvs and movies quality is quite bad, they will need to update them but hey......people goes there for fun so....yeah, best club so far.
Ulrich over a year ago I visited Drakes Prague in February 2010 first where I found no one in the cabins only some friends playing with themselves in a private cabin.
In May 2011 I visited Prague again and Drakes during the night. Some old men hanged out at the bar talking to the models. I drunk some beer watching the guests. Later the night I had two times really good sex with cute "boys" between 25 and 30 years old. (no rent boys) They have a new cellar to play. At the end of the night I should f*ck someone there but I was too tired.
End September I will visit Prague and Drakes too. I hope to find some cute guys during the nights to play.
Bernard Burgaine over a year ago It all started very promising with an entrance fee off 200 kc (instead of 500kc, as mentioned in most gay guides) It seem to be a clear choice if you want to neglect the rent boys or not and I did not come for them or the hot shows. On the two nights (Friday Saturday) I was there, I hardly could not spot any visitors in the cruising area, so I focused on the poor video selection of 13 channels (3 did not work) on a TV screen that was so old that you could not see by moments what was shown. This place needs a revamp and a new concept. I am sorry to say this.
