Spent NYE 2011 here. What a great night. Easy to get to, friendly barmen and music is will keep you going. Will certainly go there again when visiting melbourne

must be the best bar in Melbourne to meet friendly and hunky, butch men. Bartenders are friendly and cute. Good cruising if you want to play or just watch pool. Pumping music to get you going. I will certainly recommend to my interstate and overseas friends

Visited the Peel last night was disappointed to find it full of twinks,fag hags and straight men and women. What happened? You should call yourself a mixed bar. Don't go there if you want to meet men.

Visited the Laird for the first time in 10 years last night. Sorry guys but it is a bit tired and jaded now. That old leather queen look of the 80s has passed it's use by date as have the very small croud that inhabit it.

Terrible, the place is just bad! Music is awful, entry $20 and drinks $9.50! That's alot!!! Good lights but dj must be jailed. For good. Wont come again. Worse than this is only Heavens Door which is next door.

Good on you Luke - I concur - I met my partner (husband) there 8 years ago and we're still going strong (as is the venue - we know coz it's where we keep coming back to)

went to the Peel last Saturday and got told off by security for kissing my girlfriend as it would be seen as offensive by the crowd.

A big sauna. Downstairs big turkish sauna, Finnish alittle smaller. Swimming pool of 25 mtr! A nice little outside for tanning and cafe for your drinks. Upstairs full action
