Sauna Bar

I visited this venue on 15th January 2012, the attitude of both the staff and management absolutely stink, they care nothing of customers and would not even honour their own special offer vouchers citing rules on use that were not stated in the offer or on the voucher. This place does not deserve to be in business there are many more venues in London that are far better than this. The staff and management need to attend customer care training.

is the sauna frequented by people over 50 years?

What to say. Well this is the 4th sauna I have been to in London and by far the worst. Small. About 9 private rooms. The floor and even the wallss were slippery!! Not a nice feeling. The set up of the rooms is wierd too. The bed is really tight and not wide enough nor long enough for one person let alone 2. Nice jacuzzi though. The steam room is small also and isnt hot enough. Would recommend spending your cash elsewhere to be honest

I went there for the first time, the place was nice, but the staff so stupid at the reception, they really make you feel unwelcome,I will never come back

I had gone there some years back....was a nice place then...not at all racist....cool ppl and a smiling fella at the help desk!!!

Very mixed clientele. I was unfortunate to come across a group of racist youngsters who made my visit miserable. Not much satisfaction was given from a very opinionated receptionist. Will never darken that door again.
