i went there but the Italian manager so rude and loud making a remarks on customers,. while he should be nice and friendly acting like he owns the sauna its such a shame that chariot the rating of customers dropping is phenomenal also due to recession of course ,but if you compare to its counterpart pleasuredrome always full and friendly with happy music a place to relax rather than screamed by a mental italian queen such a shame as i know and lived in italy they are not all like THAT ,after all chariot its a place to relax WE as the consumers pay to enjoy our selfs and unwind the week or work stress rather than the opposite this how customer loose interest ,the nicest thing are cleaners they just do there job, while the manager and his assistant an asian guy screaming from the coffee lounge even if you are in steam room you can hear the lot such a shame how some people could really give a bad reputation to a business

I went to the Sauna on the 18th Dec 2010 from 11pm and stayed there all night as waited for the 1st train back home on Sunday am. Only a handful of guys appeared for the whole 6 hours. This could be down to the Steam Room not woking properly, the weather or people not liking the loud music or TV volume turned to the "red" (turned up so you find it hard to sleep).
This place does not get looked after, not all the showers work & in my books it has gone down hill quite fast as its looked after by the wrong people...
The guys are a mixed age, not all old and fat. I will give my money to another sauna when I visit London from now on, as the price will go up in 2011, they will charge for Tea & coffee soon.
Such a shame as this sauna has a lot going for it. Just dont speak to the young full beard arrigant manager there. He is so rude, does not smile or talk, just puts ur drink or food on the counter and walks off. What a twat

Nice sauna in general. You have all the necessary facilities. But cabins are pretty small. If you are tall, it is going to be difficult. The men are not good looking and pretty aged. I went on Thursday at 7 p.m.

I've been to Chariots Waterloo on a Friday night (12 Oct. 07) with my mate. I didn't like the crowd: there were no people in our age group (me and my mate are 22 and 24 respectively). Most of the men were in their 40s, some were 35+. A lot of big, fat men, which made the whole venue unpleasant (and when I say 'big, fat', I mean really, really fat). In any case, me and my mate went to one of the private rooms, jacked off together, and left the venue. We didn't go into the sauna (which I saw is very spacious, half-empty, and big), neither did we explore the place in detail. If you're 35+, then this place might be your cup of tea. Otherwise, if you are in your 20s, then I suggest you try out other venues in London, apart from Chariots Waterloo.
