As a tourist you should stay away from this place! You pay 6 euro for a beer in a poor bar! There are much better places to go! AVOID!
A small open air café known for its mellow tunes, in a cul-de-sac on the main shopping street. Nice to have a drink before or after dinner time.
They have a rainbow flag hanging above the
entrance.

June 2011. Small cafe with expensive food and drinks, not worth it at all. Waiter could have been more friendly and helpful seeing as we were obviously gay tourists. Nothing good to recommend about this place. Other non-gay places around are cheaper and friendlier.

Addition salée pour le café sucré !!

Endroit a éviter, prix exorbitant (25 Euros pour deux tout petits sandwich et deux bières) accueil peu chaleureux, déco inexistante bref SURTOUT A EVITER

bad place where the prices are expensive, for example 6 € for 1 cola !!!! the terrace is quiet but sad. Who made decoration ?it's not a bar but a cafetria, i prefer the other gay bar in istabanbul "le frappé"

Definitely over-priced even for Istanbul. As for atmosphere, forget it - camp lounge music doesn't cut it. Beyoglu has much better on offer.

November 2010. Small bar, with a terrace. Not very busy but a good place to start the night or end the day for some food.

On the contrary to the 1st review, I highly recommend this cafe - I met more guys here in the day than I did in any of the 'gay clubs' at night. All it took was a 'hello, can you take my picture' and we would begin talking. The food was very good, slightly expensive but thats what you pay in Istanbul. Very modern cafe environment. The guy working there could have been a bit friendlier but thats hardly a problem! Try it. Just dont be scared to make eye contact, you will soon be able to tell if the other guy is interested... and if so go over and get talking! Good luck! x

Beware, this place is very expensive cost of a small bottle of Efes beer was over £5.00/10TL
also a bit of a dump,I recommend you try somewhere else
