Music and bar are nice enough. Poor ambience and audience (mostly women and straight guys). Staff are trying to milk you as much as possible. Gogo dancers should learn how to dance ! Will not come back.

Visited 'Otherside' every night it was open during our stay in Istanbul 25 May - 1 June 2010. Terrific place, great looking guys, including the staff. Certainly the best gay bar in the area - and the prices are reasonable. loved the roof-top setting. AND, thanks for the gift of the T Shirt it was greatly appreciated.

The same happened to me. They insisted to check my coat to get a $5. I denied and left. Don't recommend you to go. Those clubs have to learn how to treat civilized people. It's a hassle and it should be different. Turkey is such a great country but these attitudes are not acceptable at the gay venues. Help us change it and do not go there!

They insist to take your coat to the vest to take 5 Turkish Lira for each. You give your coat and you see people with the coat inside. I don't like this service when it is not applied for all. It was really empty on friday even it is a busy night in Istanbul especially in Taksim area. There were 20 people in that huge place. I am sure , I danced better than the guy trying to make a dance show in the cage. The night life and the service, entertainment understanding could not be that easy and cheap!

Great Bar/Night Club. On Friday and Saturdays gay life often starts here before heating up elsewhere. From 11pm to about 1:30am it is packed with a good looking mix of guys and expats. At about 1am-1:30am it starts thinning out as Turks like to party late and the crowd either moves to "Love" or "Tek Yon".
