Similar to its neighbour Queen and located near to the French consulate. Meeting point of mainly cheap young hustlers and escort boys and gay men who would be interested in them.

The laws in Turkey have changed since the review above so there is no more smoking in any of the bars. There is only an entrance fee on the weekend, and that is for tourists only. The degree of crowdedness varies, Friday and Saturday being the busiest. A lot of tranvestites visit this bar and cheap hustlers. Beware of thieves!
I told to avoid this club but I ignored it. I should have listened to my friend as club 17 is small, VERY smokey & not a nice place. The admission price is high (15 lira or ten US$ when others clubs charge nothing). If you do go, it is ONLY busy (somewhat) on Saturdays.
