The "Fifth Floor" is located at the fifth floor of a renovated building near Alman Hastanesi in Siraselviler Caddesi. The restaurant has a terrace where you can enjoy the Bosphorous view during summer. The restaurant turns into a bar by late night and welcomes gays too.

the restaurant is rather expensive, the food nothing special and waiters aren't so kind! The only good thing is the wonderful view on Bosphorus!
