How do you apply to work in the bars here? im 23 and want to work over here

I just came back from spending 10 nights in Gran Canaria where 9 out of 10 nights where spent in Bar Mystique! myself and my friend Michael had a great time and the staff are very friendly and know you by name. the cocktails are fantastic, i recommend "the milky way" sooo yummy and 2 for 5 euros is a real bargain! we will be returning next year.

Bar Mystique is excellent and offers a fabulous and very friendly service at all times. Ms Abbie makes bar mistique she is fab and I always visit bar Mystique every night when I am in Gran Canaria at least four times yearly. I am looking forward to my next visit in Dec 2010. I would recommend this bar to everyone.
