A most relaxing and fun place to drink and socialize without heavy cruising pressure...although that can be done/had as well. Clients tend to be social and amicable & what a pleasure to be able to ask someone to dance and laugh...a refreshing break from the heavy silent eye-staring of cruising that dominates so many other bars in the Yumbo.
visit the dunes in may 2011 and august 2012. have a great time there. many young men there in the dunes near te riu hotel. i have fucked many locals and tourists, many horny memories. august was very hot!! better going in the months oct till june, lower temperatures. if you want visit te dunes in de hot months, please go in the late noon or when it s a cloudy day. there are 2 types of cruiseareas in the dunes, near Riu for young men and near the gaybeach for the older ones. choose and go and have fun!!

I was here for in November for many nights and I gfound the staff lovely! Especially Nicole, lovely person! All the staff were great! Enjoyed the GOGOs but would be nice if they were more manly! Having said that, a great night is always on the cards here and will be back in April
The new bar that replaced two thirds of the earlier Hummel Hummel is called '0 Seven'. It is FAR tter than the old Hummel Hummel with great staff, decent seating, free 'nibbles' with drinks, a modest 'porn' TV room with a much better dark-room leding off from the far left hand corner. It has GOOD, clean loos! A GREAT improvement on Hummel Hummel as was. Hummel Hummel itself now has the small 'Old Man's TV 'room' with its tiny, dirty, smelly dark-room that is permanently occupied by the same old 'suspects'! They seem to regard it as their second home.
I should have mentioned that Hummel Hummel has only a tiny urinal and no proper loo.....O Seven has MODERN loos. I was unable to create a listing for O Seven. There should be one...much of the earlier Hummel Hummel clientele now uses O Seven. The staff at H H is the same as it has been for years apart from the loss of the English guy, Glynn. I was unable to correct a couple of 'typos' in my message of 15mins ago!
Great bar with a mixed crowd of ages and types. If its busy, lots of action but also nice for a drink.Friendly staff

hoping to go gran canaria soon -hummel hummel has changed so ive heard -was a big bar -now only a third the size and another bar in bigger part -only one dark rm in hummel -dont have info about bigger bar nxt door - friend was there in nov and said both bars v.busy -itll be totally different but change happens ill give it a try

This is not a gay bar. It is a horrendous trap for heterosexual tourists who enjoy watching bad drag queens lip synch to old pop tunes at a volume which makes your ear drums hurt. Not worth a visit.

Not our cup of tea as staying guests of 7 nights. 5 Basic bungalows and a studio, fresh painted inside, good breakfast, friendly staff, great loaction if you want to jump into the Yumbo at nights too. Good beds. But to have your breakfast in the morning on your terrace with the view on a 'hard on' doesn't always help your appetide. The whole place is a bit 'in your face' etc with a sling in each bungalow. Day and staying visitors were mainly older mature guys. Bathroom and kitchen need a upgrade asap. The place is covered with old sunbeds around the pool. Small venue. 110 Euros a night is overpriced. Dayvisit is only 10 euros. They are busy with renovations, new managedment. Best go there as a day visitor to see if it's your cup of tea.
While I agree about the German music it does make a change from throbbing eurotrash disco. And I don't like the smoke either - perhaps a no smoking area would impoverish things. The owners, Kieren and his partner are lovely and I didn't feel any pressure to order a drink , however you can't sit on a terrace for nothing.

I love this place! The comedy drag show is outrageous! The staff is great! If you’re looking for a laugh get there early tables fill up fast! Check it out it is worth it. I can’t wait to see what they have planned for Halloween 2012 I am booked and ready to party!
The best bear bar in the Yumbo with one of the sexiest bartenders! It a cozy little place and I love the all the stuffed bears. It’s one of my regular stops for their happy hour. Well worth checking it out!
A pride worth attending! The weather was hot the men were hot! The entertainment was top notch! The men’s pool party is a must attend event a 1000 hot men all in bathing suits is an awesome sight to behold. I have not missed one in 3 years. Looking forward to 2013...already booked and counting down :) My hat’s off the hard working organizing committee and the awesome and talented dancers, they rocked all week!! See you there!
Great staff and wonderful owner! One one my favorite places to have a cocktail and watch the boys stroll by. Be back for a visit over halloween :)
A great place to grab an afternoon cocktail or one of their super milkshakes! Friendly and cute staff:) It's located on the corner so you get to watch the boys sashay by. Everytime I visit the island it's one of my hangouts.
