Its the best sauna ive been to. The place is beautiful and nice. But i think they should also keep investing, not only keep keep continuing on old succes. The jacuzzi should be one like in essen or dusseldorf. The bar area could use a restyling. And i dont like the light in the cabins. But besides this a really good sauna, its awesome.

Two weeks ago I was at the Phoenix sauna in Koln. For the second time (first time was a few years ago) my glasses were taken away. So, if you wear glasses, be warned and don't leave them in the special boxes. For sure I won't go there again.

Lots of facilities and pretty clean. The steamroom was smelly though and didnt looked too inviting, very narrow and dark. Lots of hot guys on this Sunday during Carnaval weekend! Lot of walking around and getting lost lol. Quite some area's weren't really warm. Was a fun evening but not the greatest sauna in the world...

I've been to this sauna several times, and my last visit was on Sunday 30 November 2014. I do not agree with the negative reviews below. This is for sure the cleanest sauna you can imagine. I can tell because I have seen many in many different countries. Staff is very professional and friendly. Clients are mixed: young, old, sexy, ugly. You will surely find what you are looking for. The only negative point for me is that I need to drive 2 hours to get there. Can the owner please open a Phoenix Sauna in Brussels?

Not that good place actually, went there on a naked night, which is on Saturdays. A decent amount of people but mainly 40-50 yrs old... not a single young guy! Otherwise clean and relaxed place

Great and clean sauna, very friendly staff, but once inside your mobile phone is disconnected with outside. There is no connection at all. They know about this problem and they must solve it.
Moreover, therei is no free WIFI to connect.

This is one of the best Saunas in Europe. Clean and good service. Easy people, good manners and superb staff. If I have to say one negative point is the volume of the music downstairs. Do not hesitate to come.

I've been to Phoenix Essen, and it's the best sauna I have ever been to. Professional staff. Extremely clean facilities. A nice smoking area with telly. A duching facility (to flush your arse). Warm showers. Decent dry and wet saunas. Lush jacuzzi (water could be a bit warmer). Hot stones to lie on with relaxing music. And a huge maze of corridors and cabins and dark rooms.

There are no closing hours, so you can chill after a busy night of sex - and decide when it's time for you to go, rather than the sauna kicking you out in the cold.

This is an amazing sauna!

The entrance is so-so with a mediocre locker room and a few toilets. There are many cruise areas downstairs with different looks - a large dark area, a private room hallway opposite a tiled pool area, a sexy shower area with annoying showers that turn off after 10 seconds, and a sexy wet sauna with two maze sections.

Upstairs is more like a health retreat with colour changing dry saunas, a nice room to just relax, and a bar/restaurant area with the most amazing food (i had a salad and it was huge)! Certainly didn't expect that when i looked at the entrance.

I went at some obscure hour but it was still busy :) A few hot guys with lots of average guys. Spoke to a few who said Essen was better, which is weird because Essen isn't really a tourist destination

Nice sauna but locker area could be better cleaned. Few cabins. Very busy at special events.
