Can anyone please tell me who is actually involved with the Gay March, I would like to speak with them. I think it will take other gay men (like myself) and women to say "Hey enough is enough, stop!" because coming from a straight person a gay person may not believe, understand or maybe appreciate the message but maybe they would understand coming from a fellow gay man or women.
If the Gay Pride March at Burning Man is NOT to be taken serious than it is mocking the notion or idea by saying that equal rights is a joke, that's not good. If they are serious well that is not good either because everyone at Burning Man already has a "Live and let Live" attitude or should have that attitude, if someone goes to burning man and does NOT have any open mind, ....well lets just say they are in the wrong place! In fact I'm 100% sure that person will be escorted off the Playa quickly.
It feels like a Gay March comes across with a strong aggressive, negative Militant approach/attitude which creates a really bad environment for everyone.
I will cringe every time I see the Gay March for sure because Burning Man is not the place for a gay equal rights political agenda, I'm embarrassed!
