Good crowd if you're not into the very young ones. Nice horny straightforward guys. Sometimes not so busy. Sunday at 8 PM it was very busy.

Not terrible. Friendly staff. If you're looking to play though, a better bet is Berlin Dark for sure. This darkroom is a bit dodgy.

Rather popular with the local crowd. Mostly men in their 30s-50s with a few exceptions. Busy darkroom with some serious action going on after midnight. Could use some little cleaning & few upgrades, too.

This place was not at all bad. Like the 'bear' scene, the 'leather' scene in Barcelona seems to have a bit of an identity problem (or is it just becasue we were there in August), and New Chaps doesn't really seem to know what it is - certainly not any kind of fetish bar, but certainly a 'mans bar'. Good mix of people, a tiny bit of military drag, and 2 pairs of leather trousers on the Sunday night. The place was full but not overcrowded, and bar staff were friendly. There is a large basement darkroom area, but nothing much happened (although my fella got his nipples clamped in a cabin) - it's hard to imagine much goes on, as the place just didn't have that sexual edge. The sling looked unused - and was so badly positioned that if it was, the guy in it would end up with his head banging against a wall. Nice bar though - we will make this our 'local' next time we go.
