I don't understand what the fuss is all about..Having bare sex is everyone's own responsibility.
Personally if i encounter someone that wants baresex I automatically assume that he/she got hiv even if he/she says that he/she hasn't..From then on you can make your own decision if you want to allow him/her or not....
