The main street in Amsterdam with gay leather and cruise bars is the Warmoesstraat. The bars here usually get started around midnight (and Sunday afternoon).
Before that you can go to the Web, Cuckoosnest or Spijker Bar. These places already get started in the early afternoon each day, and are quite busy after working hours.
Every Sunday afternoon there are cruise and play parties in the Warmoesstraat, every other week in club Cockring and the Church.
Less frequent are Wasteland (gay / straight fetish party, about twice a year), XXXLeather in club Church and the annual Leather Pride parties for the Get Ruff weekend.
Gay Sauna
Amsterdam got 1 big gay sauna, called Thermos. Thermos is every day open from noon till early morning.

Drakes on the Damrak is a gay cinema with lots of small cabins with connecting gloryholes. Adonis cinema has a single 'theatre'.
Cruising outdoors and parks
Cruising in the parks happens after dark in the Oosterpark (east of Amsterdam) and the Vondelpark. AYOR of course. After dark no police checks but be very careful about robbery etc.
South of Amsterdam is the Nieuwe Meer, with car cruising going on. During the summer this is also a clothing-optional gay recreation area with lots of cruising in the bushes.
Gay Sauna
Thermos Sauna - Raamstraat 33
The only large gay sauna in Amsterdam with a big reputation too. Thermos is open from midday till early in the morning. Featuring 4 floors of fun, swimming pool, bar and Beauty Salon, all day and all night long.
