was super, Phil Romana, super, aankleding super, locatie super, ben benieuwd wat er gaat komen van de gay pride editie.... ik heb al iets gehoord dat het spectaculair gaat worden.... we houden het in de gaten

Tja Joystick in Marcanti was vaak super en deze?Vreemde locatie wel mooie tent overigens,het had allemaal wel wat beter gemogen weer dancers en dan ook nog van een kaliber dat je zoiets hebt van laat ze maar thuis!!
Wel goed was de muziek die was ok alleen tegen het eind weer te veel intro's.
Jammer dat er (zeker in t begin)niet meer volk was de sfeer was ok en al met al heb ik leuke nacht gehad,ECHTER als men Joystick wil behouden DOE ER WAT AAN!!!!! dwz nog betre muziek iets betere lichtshow dancers weg en verzin iets anders daarvoor in de plaaats en maak het wat meer HEAVY zou moeten kunnen toch.

I'm glad that someone has brought up this conversation about why party scene in Amsterdam is in such a deep.
I think the problem is not the management and not only the DJ that is playing. The party has to be interresting for something. I mean we all have already seen the beutifull go-go boys and have experiences how loud the busic can be. But besides that we need more, we need the vibe, we need to go to the party and EXPERIENCE it. Not all of us have a taste in good house music, a lot don't even care for that.
I think the party has to supprise people - Rapido and Reflexxx are being really great in that respect, cause they bring shows, they bring drug queens back on stage, they create new experiences.
The only concept of renting a danicing space, putting a dj and a few sexy gym-boys that can't put two words together doesn't work any more!!! Time to create an experience, let it be a fairy tale or a trip to the future the parties have to bring somethign new to our lifes. Otherwise most of us have seen it all already.

I had great experience with LoveBall in autumn in Brussels, when they opened the minor space for the after-party - I felt like the real world just wasn't there, like I was in some space without time and that felt great. Now I know what you all immediately think - that I should take less drugs. Well - supprise for you all - 80% of the time on the party I'm sober.
Anyway if anyone lacks an idea for a party - let me know, maybe we can create sometign special for the sake of common fun.

Wow Robert, zelfs met zoveel feesten dit weekend heb je het nog hardstikke vol gekregen.. Die Phil Romano was ook een topperrr!!

er is nog een mooie lounge ruimte onlangs geopend, Phil Romano draaistyle is helemaal goed, kortom ik ben er bij.

joystick geweldig!!!! HEB ER NU AL ZIN IN... vak zuid is super!!!! is een geweldige plek.. eindelijk weer eens wat stijl in de gayscene... ik denk dat er zon 900 mensen naar binnen kunnen komen... goed begin voor rapido, een zeer goed begin denk ik..
IK HOORDE DAT DE KAARTVERKOOP ZEER SNEL GAAT... GELUKKIG HEB IK AL KAARTJES ;0)

JOYSTICK stopt ook al! Geen circuit parties meer in Amsterdam?
Rapido en Fresh zijn goede feesten, maar dat is niet genoeg. De vertrutting van Amsterdam gay life is compleet. Vanaf nu gaan we maar naar de kroeg.

Joystick - amazing!!!
the music was great, very nice shows and costumes, the Dj's just perfect - psst i never saw so good looking dj's at a party so far :) - very nice crowd and atmosphere. unfortunately the bodyguards from the powerzone were extremelly rude - but that is not the organizers' fault.
very good party for the main day pride event! congratulations!

Zaterdagnacht naar de Joystick pride geweest. Leuk publiek, maar wat werd er beroerd muziek gedraaid. Alleen monotone stamperige house die tussen de nummers regelmatig compleet doodviel. Verder steeds een drammerige stem erbij gemixed die opriep de DJ te prijzen en je handjes te laten wapperen. Wat mij betreft zetten ze in het vervolg i.p.v. een dure DJ gewoon wat CeeDeetjes op met wat meer gevarieerde muziek (en halen ze de pauzes tussen de nummers weg)

Hey Chris -- go for the boat. Not only is the music better, but also the location's fab. Also make sure you get a ticket for Rapido on Sunday, it'll be the icing on the Canal Pride cake!

Marcanti is closed again :-( !!! It's a better club as The Powerzone. Maybe Joystick, or another party?? Enough party's this night :)
