JoyRide XL at Lexion Venue

Eric, Robert, het was een super feest op naar de volgende ............. succes

The first time i joined the Joyride party and found everything was so similar to Joystick. I can imagine why everybody was so looking forward to this event and you can see it from the line-up outside the door with such a cold weather condition.

The location is not a very good choice since it is too isolcated and hard to find if you do not know the way.

The crowd is not my cup of tea, but objectively it is full of energy and evevybody seemed quite excited.

The music is also not my cup of tea and the lighting was so weak.

I am not sure if i would like to join next time, but i must say objectively (once again), it is a good party for the specific group of people indeed. Well done still!

wil niemand aanvallen betreft de negatieve reacties maar ik heb wel bussen aan zien komen vanuit buiten amsterdam dus beter opletten mr.d ..... Het was een leuk en intiem feestje met alles erop en eraan , muziek was goed en de sfeer was ook goed en de rest zal je toch zelf moeten doen ... Mij en vele vrienden waren helemaal happy en ook is een keer een goed feest op zaterdag .... Erik en yuri en de andere TOPPIE ! XXX

meiden, jullie moeten niet zo zeiken over uitgaan wees blij dat er wat is. Is er namelijk niets lopen jullie ook te zeiken. bliif dan lekker thuis og ga niet meer, maar dat gezeik bah. Ik vond het erg leuk heb erg gelachen en lekker gedanst.

Woow... what a line up of Dj's, the music was GOOD, congratulation guys, well done!

Ik vond het een super feest, heerlijk muziek!! geen problem gehad met de bus, uitstekend service!. Ja, wanneer gaan jullie ook the Matinée beginnen in A’dam?. Hopelijk heel snel.

Organisation problems aside, the music was amazing!!! Can't anyone get the Matinée Group to start a night in A'dam -- replacing Finally, for instance? :-)

En waar waren al die zogenaamde bussen met mensen uit keulen en parijs, brussel etc.
Ik denk dat de organisatie zichzelf weer te hoog heeft ingeschat.

It was a nice party.. but again amsterdam shows it face.. at the moment amsterdam cant compare to barcelona, berlin, paris or even london. There they know how to organise a good party and people show up. The problem with amsterdam is the organiser are thinking to much in there own world.. and dont have a clue...:)

Music was good, nice crowd, club is good.. but please... better bus service next time! I was getting my coat around 6:15, but arrived not earlier at the Central Station then 8:30. First no bus service, then a bus which couldn't find the club, then that bus full, then waiting for the next bus which took long.... too bad to have such a way back home after a good party!

Great Party......great music, good sound system and wonderful crowd!! ;-)
Location was good, (but no better than Kingdom in our view!!) And no return bus until 7am meant an expensive taxi trip back to town.
But good to have a decent party space made available to the gay crowd on a Saturday night, though we did expect a lot more people! Still no lines at cloakroom and toilets etc., and we wonder how the buses would have managed if there had been a lot more people.

Ik had er meer van verwacht. Muziek was best okee, maar shows waren minder, voor zo'n groots aangekondigd feest hadden ze wel even meer mogen doen dan 1 act met wat clowntjes. En zo druk was het nou ook weer niet, meerdere zalen werden vroegtijdig gesloten.
Volgende keer gewoon weer GROOTS uitpakken in kingdom met 2jsrig bestaan, om dit weer beetje goed te maken :-)

Even the people on the mailinglist of La Demence did receive the flyer and information about this party via email. Lets hope most of the Demence people will come to Joyride XL :) I'll be there!

super. goed feest in een super locatie. Op zaterdag!! wat ik altijd een betere dag vind als vrijdag.

and there will be busses from Paris, Brussels and Cologne.

Looking forward to the party...but how do we get to Lexion Venue from the center of Amsterdam...? See you all there: Helmut, Chano and Henrik from Copenhagen, Denmark

Now it is getting intresting... Lexion: perfect club which perfect lightning and soundsystem. Joystick/Matinee/Greenkomm: perfect DJs.

So.. lets hope he organises a lot of pendelbusses. And that the lazy Amsterdam people will leave Amsterdam..
