Just been there recently. Really not so hot place. Some staff members and bouncers are simply rude. They should do much more for the money the charge.

Last Saturday was really amazing , a lot of cute guys and great beats ! Love Fuxxx !

Last night on friday we went to PURE hosted bij DJRW (who is great by the way :-) ... Powerful beats, progressive techno mixed with some vocals ... great stuff! The place was quiet unfortunately, Club Fuxx deserves a bigger crowd, with parties like PURE i am sure they will gain popularity quickly. I must say i loved the guys at the door and behind the bar ... Cute with a little bit of an attitute :-)

Hi guys i was also customer of this club Fuxxx not anymore for sure ...Security Guy attack me for any reason and trow me on the street.And i was there with my partner.After i was lying on the pavement. As soon as I got up I immediately began to protest against the brutal violence securityCall police and they take me a way ...Because I did not do anything police have released a few minutes.Security caused me extensive bruising on the arms and legs.Never i visit club again ... and even I worked for former club many years ... Notyguy,I usually don't write reviews, but I could not stop myself to do so after reading yours.I visited Club Fuxxx just after the opening and I didn't it like it. I went back several times since last December, staff is nice and security is doing the job as they should and since there are DJ's like Dikky Vendetta and Max the quality of music has improved enormously.This club improved since the opening especially since the former manager left, so, please give it a chance (and give nighttours readers a break); I wonder if you have been to Fuxxx at all or if you just try to fuck this club up with silly comments just because you have a lot of spare time to waste writing about everything and nothing at the same time.Where did you see the empty place? Last Saturday night I went to Fuxxx and the dance floor was very busy till late and with a good crowd, music was very good and I enjoyed myself.Reviews are meant to express opinions about your experience in a club or party. In your review there is nothing about all that but only nasty, cheap and not founded considerations about money laundry, the owner and the company finances and that you would like BIBOP to visit the club; for your info BIBOP is a law (tool) used by the government to control criminality within the industry, in your ignorance (ignorance as adjective of describing a person in the state of being unaware), you probably expect a certain Mr. BIBOP to arrive by taxi on a Saturday night and enter the club to withness money wash.. It was a big question WAY a person invest money and have a good willing market for him. And is blocking guy's working for him to make a buness blooming.NO NO hi is not wanting to have a place that is making money no way it must be a money laundry net it must not make money no it has to louse money its good for his tax bill.A other realty we have to cope with hire at this declining city its a shame that the gay live is over, and it will not be build up with investors like we have had the past few years The have made the gay cine like its now All over the word its known do not waist your money by going to Amsterdam you spent money and get NOTHING in return only empty places with disgusting music Fuxxx is having the capacity to make it hire at the city but the owner it not wanting that till the BEBOP is coming to visit.

I was here at Saturday night. The doormen are quite strict on checking before you enter the club. That's good, knowing about the drugs problems in the past. There were some really nice guys hanging out in the club and the barmen are very friendly. But you want to know what happens if you are taking drugs on the toilet? You are brutally taken out of the toilet by the doorman, pushed forward to the entrance while everyone in the club can see you being removed. At the door you need to empty all your pockets, you are checked again, and the doorman keeps telling you that after all his years of experience he just knows how to recognize people that have taken drugs. If you wipe your nose at the toilet you have obviously taken drugs. Quite a humiliating approach that makes you feel really tiny and miserable. NOW imagine that you DID NOT take any drugs. How would this make you feel if you are treated this way ?.. It happened to me. I felt completely embarrassed, denigrated and humiliated. It didn't matter what I said, the doorman was convinced I had taken drugs. I must say that I have never taken drugs in my whole life and this was such a painful experience to be accused and moreover to be treated in such a rude way. After the doublechecking was finished and obviously nothing was found I was allowed back in the bar, but it took me a long while to reset the provoked negative experience into something better. I considered leaving at once, but somehow that would feel like a sort of confession of something I didn't commit. I talked to two of the barmen about what happened to me. These guys are really great and friendly. I really appreciate they took the time to listen to my feedback. They say that a strict drugspolicy is necessary, but they also think that there should be a different approach on how to check again on someone if that person appears to be suspicious. I fully agree on them, in case of doubt someone should absolutely be doublechecked, but please do this in a RESPECTFUL way. When leaving the bar I talked again to the doormen. They may have found me annoying to talk about this again. They said that they don't mean it personally, but they don't seem to realize that once you're treated this way, it becomes personal after all. My night at Club Fuxx was one with mixed emotions. On the one hand I felt tiny, miserable and humiliated, on the other hand I met some great guys. This makes me say, Club Fuxx may deserve a second chance, but the doormen should review their way on how to interact. This is nothing personal against them, they probably try to do their job as best as possible, this is about instructing them how they should act towards suspicious people. It should be more respectful, nobody is guilty until the opposite has been proven. Let it be clear that the reason for writing this is not meant to be an expression of revenge towards the doormen, I simply feel that I have to write down my experience. Hope things will get better in the future. No one should feel the same as I felt last night...

Am reading these discussion with lots of interest. I am working for FUXXX since half a year now and see (most of the times) whats going on. First of all i want to say is that i/we want to be a great club where everybody feels welcome. So the (bad) comments on our staff we take very serious as it is not our goal to give anyone a bad feelin. Second thing is the drugs. There is a few things to say bout it. First of all, its very difficult to keep the drugs out of the club, and yes its annoying if you dont do drugs and there are a few people using it. But its impossible to keep the drugs out in clubland. Unfortunately i have to say cause drugs really ruin our clubs (Church, Fuxxx etc). Police is right on top of us but luckily we have good contacts. We do our very best to keep them out and stripsearch as much as possible. Which brings me to the doormen. As we are in the redlight district we have to be quite strict with drugs. That means a strict doorpolicy as well. I am very sorry some people have bad experiences and we talk al lot with each other here in the club on how to do better. Sometimes we succeeded, unfortunately not in everything yet i understand from some reviews. I regret that. But it cuts both ways. Its easier to cooperate and sometimes we take time to stripsearch cause you also want to see if there is someone willing to coorparate. If someone is very unwilling he MIGHT have something to hide and we just cant afford that now in 2012 after the cockring history. Too bad some are victims from other idiots behaviour.Last for now i want to thank everybody to make FUXXX happen and for the support we are gettin.. its not very easy to run a club nowadays, but so far we do quite a good job!

To Brain (I think you may have misspelled your own name brIAn)... At first I found it hard to understand what you are writing but as I read on I think I got the gist of what you are trying to convey... and my conclusion is that you (my dear Brain) are completely wrong. Firstly, when there is a situation where a person is passing out unless you are a doctor you should always move yourself out of the situation. Based on what you wrote you were merely standing there trying to give your two cents worth on a situation that had absolutely nothing to do with you. It's called common sense and etiquette (learn these fast and you will have a better and healhier life in your lifetime). Secondly, every doorman, security guard, policeman, or person with a minimum level of (again) common sense, would know that if a person passes out you need to find out a) who is this person; what is the persons name, where are they from b) does this person hold a medical card or allergy card. Thirdly, if there is a situation at the door (or inside the club) entrance for everyone should be put on hiatus... meaning, if there a person that needs to be taken out of the club NOBODY should be allowed in because the entry/exitway should be cleared for immediate entry of the emergency medics and safe removal of the sick person. In this case, a person who is making the situation even more tense should not be allowed in at all. Lastly, you left and came back to find an empty club with lots of drugs... hmmm, where is the logic in that sentence. If there was an empty club where did you find all the drugs? You are obviously a person looking to open your mouth in a negative way. Bravo for you!

Respond on HaicoNever respond on this crap but you must write the thruth.I was standing behind the guy who was trying to get in and the doorman was wrong.He took all his cards out his wallet and was reading all the cards what was on there..So that dude said something that you are not allowed to do, and that he should put the cards back in his wallet how he got him!! The other guy was getting a attitude than the other door man come in he did not even know what happend and he told he was not allowed to come in. He did not had a problem i leave but give mine money back and they did not wanted to do that .The answer they gave go to the police and tell them. And if you really a guy you give the money back. What would you do if you paid to get in and not allowed to get in so he got mad and after a little struggle he left not a big deal.As I Was looking too all this i left also.I came back later to see if there was a good party here but have to say the guy was right lots off drugs and club was empty..So you should know what you write

I am sorry but for the last reviews someone is trying to bash Fuxxx. And using the drugs argument is really nasty and cheap and more because every knows that this was the main reason to close the Cockring ( the abuse of drugs was not for the clients but for the owner) Unfortunately in this days were social media have been given to much importance and someone anonymously can say whatever they want.Hope people understand this.

Since its reopening one year ago, I've visited the club 1-3 times per month, because I like the progressive house music and the non-pretentious atmosphere. Staff is always friendly to me, and so is the doorman. Maybe because I am always friendly to them?? Not a single time, I have seen anyone using drugs, nor I've been offered any. Not even in the smokers room, where I occasionaly go to smoke a cigarette.I was there as well last friday and it seems to me that Carlos from Rome is exaggerating things a bit. It was not very busy indeed, but me and my friends visiting from Berlin had an OK-time. But why is it that old or fat people have to keep their shirts on? I consider this as narrow-minded. But maybe that's a cultural difference between Dutch and Italian.

I was there the 10th too, in fact I was one of the two guests helping the bouncer with the guy who passed out.They are searching pockets, but bouncers aren't allowed to search everywhere and of course they can't search everyone everywhere. People put drugs in their asses.. how can you keep that out of your club?In Fuxxx is as much, or as less, drugs-use as anywhere else at parties.. I can even name a few parties where the drugs-use is way higher.This person who passed out is not Fuxxx fault, but that guys fault. In fact I have seen him passing out on another party too. And while I was helping the bouncer, i spoke with the bouncer: that guy will not have access anymore in Fuxxx, but also not anymore in Church and other gay venues in Amsterdam. His picture is sent around to the other venues.
