Canal Parade at Prinsengracht / Amstel river

The Canal Parade is the highlight of the Amsterdam Gay Pride weekend! 100 decorated boats sail along the Prinsengracht. The parade starts at 14:00 at Westerdok (near the Central Station) and the route follows Prinsengracht and the Amstel to Oosterdok.

Pro Gay has openend this years Canal Pride entries. Whoever wants to join the parade, themed "Celebrations" can subscribe at this site

Het was een geweldige dag. We hebben echt van genoten volgend jaar zeker weer . Mannen laten jullie niet onderdrukken door de hetro figuren die het afschuwlijk vinden de parade, ze stonden wel voor aan. Als ik een man was geweest had ik zo willen nemen. GroetjesMrs Marisca en sub dirkje
