Bar Arc is a large trendy and stylish bar and finger food restaurant in the Reguliersdwarsstraat. It's popular with the trendy gay guys and also a good place to bring your female friends.
Downtown
Downtown is a small gay lunch cafe and coffee bar right in the Reguliersdwarsstraat.
Getto
Getto is a cocktail bar and gay restaurant in Warmoesstraat. The menu features mostly burgers and weekly specials. Nice people and relaxed atmosphere.
Harkema
Huge brasserie in former tabacco factory. Classic food, trendy but busy atmosphere. Lot's of students and business people too.
Morlang
Trendy hang out with terrace with view on the Keizersgracht. For lunch, coffee with cake or dinner. Neighbor of Walem.
Saturnino
The gayest Italian restaurant in Amsterdam. Always busy with boys and girls having dinner before or after a drink at one of the gay bars in the Reguliersdwarsstraat. The staff speaks Dutch and English with a huge Italian accent.
Supperclub
Famous and trendy restaurant / lounge. In fact, it was Supperclub that launched the lounging phenomenon. The restaurant is famous for having beds rather than chairs on which you have your dinner.
The College Hotel
One of the hot spots in Amsterdam, this hotel, bar-lounge and restaurant is runned by managers who educate trainees of the Hotel School. Excellent food (Dutch cuisine with a twist) and drinks in a very stylish decor. Check out the toilets!
Walem
Very gay friendly and busy bar-restaurant with terrace with view on the Keizersgracht. For lunch, coffee with cake or dinner.
